In collaboration with my brother, Chef Sujan Sarkar, we established Tiya as a testament to our shared vision of elevating Indian gastronomy. Located in the heart of San Francisco's Marina District, Tiya reflects our heritage and commitment to culinary excellence. Our offerings include a four-course tasting menu, a dedicated vegan menu, and an à la carte selection, all designed to cater to diverse palates while maintaining the integrity of Indian flavors
